Reeanna is the AVP of Case Management at McLeod Regional Medical Center. She started her nursing career in 1999 and has been working at McLeod for the last 15 years. She received her BSN from Francis Marion University and her MBA (Healthcare Management) from Western Governers University.
13 years dedicated to EMS, serving in many administrative, training and management roles, Lee successfully oversaw implementation and success of TeleTracking’s Transfer Center paralleled with Capacity Management Suite. Lee has a great deal of knowledge and experience in the operations and responsibilities of Transport, EVS, Patient Placement, Bed Management, Budgets, Developing Policies and Procedures, and other high level leadership responsibilities. Lee will be sharing about McLeod’s rapid improvement event, and the barriers they overcame by using this strategy.
