Clare is the clinical programme lead for the SafeHands Programme at The Royal Wolverhampton Hospitals NHS Trust. Clare has a nursing background of more than 20 years in intensive and critical care nursing. She has previously spoken at national conferences including GS1 events, TeleTracking’s Client Conference, and is the 2014 recipient of the NHS Innovator of the Year Award for the West Midlands region.
Paul Gagnon is a Registered Nurse whose roots are in surgical intensive care. In addition to his bedside experience, Paul helped formulate and manage a centralised care coordination centre for a 926 bed facility in Washington, DC using TeleTracking’s Capacity Management Suite. Subsequently, he sought the opportunity to work with hospitals across the US and UK to help them on a similar journey when he joined TeleTracking. Paul’s passion is helping people understand the value of combing world-class technology with proven process to achieve sustainable outcomes.
Bill joined TeleTracking as the Vice President of Process Improvement. Bill started his career in Manufacturing working for Pella Windows, Tyson Foods, and Rain Bird irrigation. Bill was trained in Lean and Six Sigma early in his career and is a Certified Black Belt. He took the skills he honed in manufacturing and started working to transform healthcare at Ascension in Tucson, AZ. Bill most recently led the operational transformation at both Health First in Melbourne, Florida and Jackson Health System in Miami, Florida. Bill has been able to apply the tools of Lean Six Sigma to eliminate millions of dollars of waste from healthcare while improving the customer experience and quality of care.
