About the Presenters

Lauren Gambatese is Product Manager of our Access Solution line, primarily responsible for TransferCenter and Community Access Portal.  Lauren has been with TeleTracking for the last 13 years working in various departments including Services, Sales, and Product Management.  Prior to working at TeleTracking Lauren worked at the Cleveland Clinic working as a Patient Placement Specialist at Hillcrest Hospital and then moved on to becoming an Application Specialist for health system.

Summit Puri has spent the majority of his career optimizing operations across the care continuum. As part of the SynapseIQ product management team at TeleTracking, he was tasked with creating a product that provided operational leaders with a simple, but elegant solution to their complex problems through easy to interpret data visualizations. Prior to TeleTracking, Summit worked as a division operations analyst at a major health system. In that role, he provided analytical support to operators at every level within the health system and collaborated with process improvement stakeholders to efficiently implement and impact divisional goals.
